Décision de nomination
Demande approuvée, le demandeur reçoit un certificat de nomination pour mettre à jour son profil Entrée express et recevoir des points supplémentaires.
La province examine en 38 semaines
Invitation fédérale
Le demandeur ayant un score CRS plus élevé ou égal au profil créé précédemment recevra une invitation à postuler.
Les profils sont sélectionnés toutes les 2 semaines
Obtenir le statut de RP
Demande approuvée, le demandeur obtient le statut de résident permanent après avoir atterri ou confirmé sur le portail IRCC.IRCC examine en 6 mois
Un candidat qui a soumis sa demande à IRCC avant l’expiration du permis de travail peut demander une prolongation pour continuer à travailler légalement.
