Invitation provinciale
En fonction du quota d'allocation, les candidats ayant les scores EOI les plus élevés dans le bassin seront invités à soumettre leur demande de nomination.
Décision de désignation
Demande approuvée, le candidat reçoit un certificat de désignation pour mettre à jour son profil Entrée express et recevoir des points supplémentaires.
La province examine en 38 semaines
Invitation fédérale
Le candidat ayant un score CRS plus élevé ou le même score CRS avec un profil créé plus tôt recevra une invitation à présenter une demande.
Les profils sont sélectionnés toutes les 2 semaines
Obtenir le statut de RP
Demande approuvée, le demandeur obtient le statut de résident permanent après son arrivée ou confirmation sur le portail d'IRCC.IRCC examine en 6 mois
Un candidat qui a soumis sa demande à IRCC avant l’expiration du permis de travail peut demander une prolongation pour continuer à travailler légalement.
