Avi Nguyen - RCIC IRB
Avi Nguyen is the founder and principal consultant of RED Immigration Consulting Inc., a federally registered Canadian firm offering full-scope immigration services. As a licensed member in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), Avi is authorized to represent clients in all federal and provincial immigration matters.
Avi’s own immigration experience informs every client strategy. He arrived in Canada as an international student and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver. His early career path spanned post-graduate employment, case processing, and foreign recruitment, giving him first-hand exposure to the real-life complexities of work permits, employer sponsorships, and economic-class immigration.
Prior to launching RED Immigration, Avi served as a legal assistant at a prominent Vancouver law firm, where he supported teams on asylum claims, LMIA files, and litigation across civil, human rights, and immigration law. These formative years gave him a deep respect for legal precision and client advocacy—principles that remain central to his practice today.
With over 10 years of combined legal and immigration experience, Avi established RED Immigration on one core belief: every client deserves structure, strategy, and sincerity. At RED, each application is more than a file—it’s a tailored plan of action built on compliance, clarity, and outcomes that align with real-life goals.
