Invitación provincial

Decisión de nominación
Una vez aprobado, el solicitante recibe un Certificado de Nominación para apoyar su solicitud de residencia permanente ante IRCC, válido por hasta 6 meses.
La provincia revisa en 37 semanas.
Enviar solicitud
Mantener las condiciones de nominación, adjuntar el Certificado de Nominación a la solicitud de RP y luego enviarla a IRCC.IRCC revisa en 15 - 19 meses
Obtener el estado de PR
Solicitud aprobada, el solicitante obtiene el estado de Residente Permanente después de aterrizar o confirmar en el Portal de IRCC.Confirmación válida dentro de 12 meses
