Education
- As of November 23, 2024, 75% of the program courses must be completed in French, excluding theses, Master’s dissertations, internships, and research laboratories.
- The education program must be in French unless the applicant has completed 3 years of full-time secondary or post-secondary education in French, either in Québec or abroad.
- Have resided in Québec for at least 50% of the study program
- Have graduated from an educational institution located in Québec in one of the following full-time programs:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Master’s Degree (MBA) or Ph.D.
- Diploma of College Studies (DCS) in technical training
- Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) with at least 1,800 hours of study
- Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) combined with an Attestation of Vocational Specialization (AVS), totaling at least 1,800 hours of study in a specific trade

Work Permit Holder
- Have an attestation from the Techno-compétences committee confirming that the job offer is in the artificial intelligence sector and matches your background
- Hold education equivalent to a Québec bachelor's degree
- Have at least 2 years of full-time work experience within the last 5 years in an occupation under FÉER categories 0, 1, 2, or
- Have an equivalent to a Québec PhD degree obtained within the last 12 months, along with a full-time job offer with an annual salary of $75,000 if located outside Montréal or $100,000 if located within Montréal.
Québec graduates
