Create a profile in the Arrima system once eligible. The profile will be scored based on the given background information.Profile valid for 12 months
Receive invitation
Depending on allocation quota, candidates with the highest EOI scores in the pool will be invited to submit the nomination application.
Accept the invitation within 30 days
Submit application
Applicant must update changes and maintain the eligibility requirements while the application is under review. Submit the application within 60 days
Take Québec Test
Learning and being assessed for certification, or attending an information session about Québec’s democratic and social values.
Completed within 60 days.
Receive CSQ Certificate
Applicants may attend an interview to verify background information. Once approved, they will receive the Selection Certificate (CSQ).Province reviews in 6 months
PR submission
Complete the PR application to the federal government. The applicant will obtain PR status after landing or through online confirmation.
