تحصیلات
- در ۳ سال گذشته از یک دوره کارشناسی ارشد (Master's) یا دکترا (PhD) واجد شرایط در مانیتوبا فارغالتحصیل شده باشند؛ و
- یک دوره کارآموزی Mitacs Elevate یا Accelerate (شامل Accelerate Entrepreneur) را در یک شرکت یا صنعت واجد شرایط در مانیتوبا به پایان رسانده باشند
