The Founder – Rooted in Experience, Driven by Purpose
RED Immigration Consulting was founded by immigration consultant Avi Nguyen, a licensed member of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). With full authorization to represent clients across both federal and provincial levels, Avi’s practice stands on a foundation of legal compliance and strategic insight.
Avi’s journey mirrors the very path he now helps others navigate. Arriving in Canada as an international student, he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University, Vancouver. From post-graduate employment to hands-on case work, he developed a deep understanding of Canadian immigration systems by working directly in application processing, foreign worker recruitment, sponsorship programs, and investor immigration. Later, as a legal assistant for a respected Vancouver law firm, he further expanded his scope, supporting legal teams in asylum cases, LMIA applications, and litigation across civil, human rights, and immigration domains.
Drawing on a decade of cumulative experience across the immigration and legal landscape, Avi founded RED Immigration with a simple but powerful mission: to provide clients with structure, clarity, and trusted guidance on their journey to Canada. He believes in building strong foundations for success, where decisions are informed, timelines are clear, and outcomes are sustainable. At RED Immigration, our commitment is personal.
