Приглашение от провинции
В зависимости от квоты распределения, кандидаты с самыми высокими баллами EOI в пуле будут приглашены подать заявку на номинирование.
Решение о номинации
Заявка одобрена, заявитель получает Сертификат о номинации для обновления своего профиля Express Entry и получения дополнительных баллов.
Провинция рассматривает в течение 38 недель
Федеральное приглашение
Заявитель с более высоким баллом CRS или тем же баллом CRS, чей профиль был создан ранее, получит приглашение подать заявку.
Профили отбираются каждые 2 недели
Получить статус ПМЖ
Заявка одобрена, заявитель получает статус постоянного жителя после прибытия или подтверждения на портале IRCC.Рассмотрение IRCC: 6 месяцев
Кандидаты, подавшие заявление в IRCC до истечения срока действия разрешения на работу, могут подать заявление на продление разрешения на работу, чтобы продолжить работать легально.
