(TRRP)<\/strong>\uff0c\u6709\u5572\u91cd\u8981\u8cc7\u8a0a\u672a\u5fc5\u6703\u55ba\u65b0\u805e\u6a19\u984c\u5ea6\u8b1b\u5f97\u4e00\u6e05\u4e8c\u695a\u3002TRRP \u4fc2\u4e00\u500b\u7531\u7dec\u7701\uff08Manitoba\uff09\u63a8\u51fa\u5605\u7701\u63d0\u540d\u8a08\u5283\uff0c\u76ee\u7684\u4fc2\u70ba\u5497\u7559\u4f4f\u5df2\u7d93\u55ba\u7701\u5167\u7279\u5b9a\u884c\u696d\u5de5\u4f5c\u5605\u81e8\u6642\u5c45\u6c11\uff0c\u5e6b\u4f62\u54cb\u7533\u8acb\u6c38\u4e45\u5c45\u7559\u6b0a\u3002\u5462\u500b\u8a08\u5283\u4e3b\u8981\u91dd\u5c0d\u55ba\u9ad8\u9700\u6c42\u884c\u696d\u5de5\u4f5c\u3001\u4e26\u4e14\u5c0d\u7dec\u7701\u6709\u9577\u671f\u8ca2\u737b\u5605\u81e8\u6642\u5916\u52de\u3002\u96d6\u7136\u597d\u591a\u81e8\u6642\u5de5\u4eba\u90fd\u4ee5\u70ba\u53ea\u8981\u81ea\u5df1\u7b26\u5408\u5019\u9078\u4eba\u8cc7\u683c\u5c31\u5920\uff0c\u4f46\u5462\u500b\u8a66\u9ede\u8a08\u5283\u5605\u904b\u4f5c\u65b9\u5f0f\u4e26\u5514\u4e00\u6a23\u3002\u7533\u8acb\u6210\u529f\u8207\u5426\uff0c\u5514\u55ae\u6b62\u7747\u500b\u4eba\u8cc7\u6b77\uff0c\u50f1\u4e3b\u5605\u89d2\u8272\u90fd\u540c\u6a23\u95dc\u9375\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5c0d\u898f\u5247\u5605\u8aa4\u89e3\u5df2\u7d93\u5c0e\u81f4\u5514\u5c11\u7533\u8acb\u5931\u6557\u3001\u5ef6\u8aa4\u540c\u6df7\u4e82\u3002\u4ee5\u4e0b\u5462\u5572\u6848\u4f8b\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e6b\u5927\u5bb6\u66f4\u6e05\u695a\u4e86\u89e3\u653f\u7b56\u9ede\u6a23\u904b\u4f5c\uff0c\u540c\u57cb\u908a\u5572\u4eba\u55ba\u7533\u8acb\u524d\u61c9\u8a72\u4e09\u601d\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>\u5373\u4f7f\u4f60\u5408\u8cc7\u683c\uff0c\u4f60\u5605\u50f1\u4e3b\u90fd\u53ef\u80fd\u4ee4\u4f60\u5931\u53bb\u8cc7\u683c<\/h3>\n<p>\u4e00\u4f4d\u55ba\u98df\u54c1\u52a0\u5de5\u884c\u696d\u505a\u5622\u5605\u6280\u8853\u5de5\u4eba\uff0c\u55ba\u7dec\u7701\u5168\u8077\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u6587\u4ef6\u90fd\u6e96\u5099\u9f4a\u5168\uff1a\u6709\u6548\u5605\u8a9e\u8a00\u6210\u7e3e\u3001\u6301\u7e8c\u5605\u50f1\u50ad\u8a18\u9304\u3001\u826f\u597d\u5605\u5b9a\u5c45\u6b77\u53f2\u3002\u7d19\u9762\u4e0a\u7747\uff0c\u4f62\u4fc2\u4e00\u500b\u5b8c\u7f8e\u5605\u5019\u9078\u4eba\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f46\u4f62\u5605\u7533\u8acb\u4e26\u5187\u9032\u5c55\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u4f62\u5605\u50f1\u4e3b\u5514\u7b26\u5408\u6a19\u6e96\u3002\u4f62\u54cb\u5187\u55ba\u50f1\u4e3b\u670d\u52d9\u8655 (Employer Services) \u8a3b\u518a\uff0c\u4ea6\u5187\u6eff\u8db3\u7701\u653f\u5e9c\u5c0d\u53c3\u8207\u5462\u500b\u8a66\u9ede\u8a08\u5283\u5605\u8981\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6839\u64da TRRP \u898f\u5b9a\uff0c<strong>\u5019\u9078\u4eba\u540c\u50f1\u4e3b\u96d9\u65b9\u90fd\u5fc5\u9808\u5b8c\u5168\u7b26\u5408\u8cc7\u683c\u689d\u4ef6<\/strong>\u3002\u4efb\u4f55\u4e00\u65b9\u5514\u9054\u6a19\uff0c\u7533\u8acb\u90fd\u5514\u6703\u88ab\u8003\u616e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>TRRP \u53ea\u9650\u65bc\u7279\u5b9a\u884c\u696d\u5605\u50f1\u4e3b\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u8fb2\u696d<\/li>\n<li>\u5efa\u7bc9\u8207\u6280\u5de5<\/li>\n<li>\u8cc7\u8a0a\u79d1\u6280<\/li>\n<li>\u98df\u54c1\u52a0\u5de5<\/li>\n<li>\u9152\u5e97\u53ca\u9910\u98f2\u696d<\/li>\n<li>\u91ab\u7642\u4fdd\u5065<\/li>\n<li>\u6559\u80b2<\/li>\n<li>\u88fd\u9020\u696d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u5c31\u7b97\u4f60\u4fc2\u4e00\u500b\u8868\u73fe\u51fa\u8272\u5605\u54e1\u5de5\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u5514\u4fc2\u55ba\u5462\u5572\u884c\u696d\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u7533\u8acb\u5c31\u5514\u7b26\u5408\u8cc7\u683c\u3002\u540c\u6a23\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u5605\u50f1\u4e3b\u5187\u8ddf\u8db3\u7a0b\u5e8f\u6210\u70ba\u7372\u6279\u5605\u53c3\u8207\u8005\uff0c\u4f60\u5605\u7533\u8acb\u90fd\u5514\u6703\u7e7c\u7e8c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5462\u7a2e\u4ee5\u50f1\u4e3b\u70ba\u4e3b\u5c0e\u5605\u65b9\u5f0f\u96d6\u7136\u9650\u5236\u5497\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u6578\uff0c\u4f46\u53ef\u4ee5\u78ba\u4fdd\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u4f86\u81ea\u9ad8\u9700\u6c42\u3001\u6709\u9577\u671f\u5c31\u696d\u524d\u666f\u5605\u884c\u696d\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u4fdd\u969c\u8a66\u9ede\u8a08\u5283\u5605\u5b8c\u6574\u6027\u3002\u5f9e\u79fb\u6c11\u9867\u554f\u5605\u89d2\u5ea6\u569f\u7747\uff0c\u597d\u591a TRRP \u7533\u8acb\u5931\u6557\u5605\u500b\u6848\uff0c\u554f\u984c\u5514\u4fc2\u51fa\u55ba\u5019\u9078\u4eba\u8eab\u4e0a\uff0c\u800c\u4fc2\u50f1\u4e3b\u5514\u77e5\u9053\u81ea\u5df1\u55ba\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u8981\u627f\u64d4\u8cac\u4efb\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>\u55ba\u7dec\u7701\u4f4f\u5f97\u5514\u5920\u8010\uff1f\u4f60\u53ef\u80fd\u5514\u5408\u8cc7\u683c<\/h3>\n<p>\u55ba\u7dec\u7701\u5c45\u4f4f\u5605\u6642\u9593\u55ba TRRP \u8cc7\u683c\u8a55\u5be9\u4e2d\u626e\u6f14\u91cd\u8981\u89d2\u8272\uff0c\u4f46\u4e26\u5514\u4fc2\u53ea\u8a08\u6700\u8fd1\u5e7e\u500b\u6708\u3002\u4f60\u5fc5\u9808\u8b49\u660e<strong>\u4f60\u55ba\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u5c45\u4f4f\u5605\u7e3d\u6642\u9593\u5165\u9762\uff0c\u6709\u8d85\u904e 50% \u4fc2\u4f4f\u55ba\u7dec\u7701<\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e00\u4f4d\u5eda\u5e2b\u55ba 2022 \u5e74 3 \u6708 1 \u65e5\u62b5\u9054\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\uff0c\u55ba\u4e9e\u7701 (Alberta) \u505a\u5497\u5dee\u5514\u591a\u5169\u5e74\u5622\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u55ba 2024 \u5e74 2 \u6708\u642c\u53bb\u6eab\u5c3c\u8f9f (Winnipeg)\u3002\u5230\u4f62 2025 \u5e74 10 \u6708\u63d0\u4ea4 TRRP \u7533\u8acb\u6642\uff0c\u6578\u5b57\u4e26\u5514\u7b26\u5408\u8981\u6c42\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u7e3d\u5c45\u4f4f\u6642\u9593\uff1a1369 \u65e5<\/li>\n<li>\u7dec\u7701\u5c45\u4f4f\u6642\u9593\uff1a590 \u65e5<\/li>\n<li>\u7dec\u7701\u5c45\u4f4f\u6642\u9593\u767e\u5206\u6bd4\uff1a<strong>43.1%<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u5373\u4f7f\u4f62\u55ba\u5408\u8cc7\u683c\u884c\u696d\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u53c8\u6709\u500b\u652f\u6301\u4f62\u5605\u50f1\u4e3b\uff0c\u4f62\u90fd\u4fc2\u5514\u5408\u8cc7\u683c\u3002\u76f8\u6bd4\u4e4b\u4e0b\uff0c\u4e00\u4f4d\u52a9\u6559\u55ba 2022 \u5e74\u521d\u62b5\u9054\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u516b\u500b\u6708\u5f8c\u5c31\u642c\u5497\u53bb\u7dec\u7701\u3002\u4f62\u4e00\u76f4\u7559\u55ba\u55f0\u5ea6\uff0c\u4e26\u55ba 2025 \u5e74\u5e95\u7533\u8acb\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u7e3d\u5c45\u4f4f\u6642\u9593\uff1a1369 \u65e5<\/li>\n<li>\u7dec\u7701\u5c45\u4f4f\u6642\u9593\uff1a1062 \u65e5<\/li>\n<li>\u7dec\u7701\u5c45\u4f4f\u6642\u9593\u767e\u5206\u6bd4\uff1a<strong>77.6%<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u4f62\u7b26\u5408\u5c45\u4f4f\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u7533\u8acb\u5f97\u4ee5\u7e7c\u7e8c\u3002\u7701\u653f\u5e9c\u56b4\u683c\u57f7\u884c\u5462\u689d\u898f\u5247\uff0c\u76ee\u7684\u4fc2\u512a\u5148\u8003\u616e\u55f0\u5572\u5514\u55ae\u6b62\u55ba\u7dec\u7701\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u660e\u78ba<strong>\u9078\u64c7\u55ba\u5462\u5ea6\u5b9a\u5c45<\/strong>\u5605\u4eba\u3002\u5c0d\u597d\u591a\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u569f\u8b1b\uff0c\u5514\u55ae\u6b62\u4fc2\u4f60\u4eca\u65e5\u55ba\u908a\u5ea6\u505a\u5622\uff0c\u800c\u4fc2\u4f60\u5c0d\u5462\u500b\u7701\u4efd\u8868\u73fe\u51fa\u5e7e\u8010\u5605\u627f\u8afe\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5f9e\u9867\u554f\u5605\u89d2\u5ea6\u7747\uff0c\u5462\u500b\u4fc2\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u500b\u6700\u5e38\u88ab\u5ffd\u7565\u5605\u62d2\u7d55\u539f\u56e0\u3002\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u5f80\u5f80\u4ee5\u70ba\u300c\u800c\u5bb6\u300d\u642c\u569f\u7dec\u7701\u5c31\u5920\uff0c\u4f46\u8a55\u4f30\u5605\u4fc2\u4f60<strong>\u55ba\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u5605\u6574\u500b\u5c45\u4f4f\u6b77\u53f2<\/strong>\u3002\u6240\u4ee5\uff0c\u9810\u5148\u8a08\u7b97\u4f60\u5605\u7dec\u7701\u5c45\u4f4f\u767e\u5206\u6bd4\u4fc2\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u8981\u5605\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u5df2\u7d93\u7b26\u5408\u81e8\u6642\u516c\u5171\u653f\u7b56\u8cc7\u683c\uff0c\u5c31\u5514\u53ef\u4ee5\u7528 TRRP<\/h3>\n<p>\u4ef2\u6709\u53e6\u4e00\u500b\u5e38\u898b\u5605\u6df7\u6dc6\u3002\u597d\u591a\u5de5\u4eba\u90fd\u4ee5\u70ba\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u4f62\u54cb\u5514\u80fd\u5920\u900f\u904e<strong>\u300c\u70ba\u672a\u4f86\u7dec\u7701\u63d0\u540d\u8a08\u5283 (MPNP) \u5019\u9078\u4eba\u63d0\u4f9b\u5de5\u4f5c\u7c3d\u8b49\u4fbf\u5229\u5605\u81e8\u6642\u516c\u5171\u653f\u7b56\u300d(Temporary Public Policy to Facilitate Work Permits for Prospective MPNP Candidates)<\/strong> \u7533\u8acb\uff0cTRRP \u5c31\u4fc2\u4e00\u500b\u66ff\u4ee3\u65b9\u6848\u3002\u5462\u9805\u516c\u5171\u653f\u7b56\u4fc2\u70ba\u5497\u4ffe\u55f0\u5572\u5df2\u7d93\u63d0\u4ea4\u5497 MPNP \u610f\u5411\u66f8 (EOI) \u5605\u7dec\u7701\u81e8\u6642\u5de5\u4eba\uff0c\u55ba\u4f62\u54cb\u73fe\u6709\u5de5\u7c3d\u5373\u5c07\u5230\u671f\u6642\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u7533\u8acb\u904e\u6e21\u6027\u958b\u653e\u5f0f\u5de5\u7c3d (bridging open work permit)\u3002\u76ee\u7684\u4fc2\u78ba\u4fdd\u4f62\u54cb\u55ba\u7b49\u5f85\u7701\u63d0\u540d\u671f\u9593\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u7e7c\u7e8c\u5408\u6cd5\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u4e8b\u5be6\u4e26\u5514\u4fc2\u5481\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u4e00\u4f4d\u500b\u4eba\u8b77\u7406\u54e1\u5605\u5de5\u7c3d\u55ba 2026 \u5e74 2 \u6708\u5230\u671f\u3002\u4f62\u7b26\u5408\u516c\u5171\u653f\u7b56\u4e0b\u5605\u6240\u6709\u689d\u4ef6\uff0c\u4f46\u56e0\u70ba\u5de5\u7c3d\u4ef2\u6709\u8d85\u904e 90 \u65e5\u5148\u5230\u671f\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u66ab\u6642\u5514\u53ef\u4ee5\u7533\u8acb\u3002\u4f62\u5e0c\u671b TRRP \u53ef\u4ee5\u4fc2\u4e00\u500b\u66f4\u5feb\u5605\u9014\u5f91\u3002\u4f46\u7531\u65bc\u4f62\u7b26\u5408\u516c\u5171\u653f\u7b56\u5605\u8cc7\u683c\uff0c\u7121\u8ad6\u4f62\u60f3\u5e7e\u65e9\u7533\u8acb\uff0c\u90fd<strong>\u5187\u8cc7\u683c\u7533\u8acb TRRP<\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n<p>TRRP <strong>\u5514\u4fc2\u4e00\u500b\u5f8c\u5099\u65b9\u6848<\/strong>\u3002\u7701\u653f\u5e9c\u5df2\u7d93\u660e\u78ba\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u5982\u679c\u5019\u9078\u4eba\u7b26\u5408\u81e8\u6642\u516c\u5171\u653f\u7b56\u5605\u8cc7\u683c\uff0c\u4f62\u54cb\u5fc5\u9808\u55ba\u5de5\u7c3d\u5230\u671f\u524d <strong>45 \u65e5\u5167<\/strong>\u900f\u904e\u8a72\u9014\u5f91\u7533\u8acb\u3002TRRP \u53ea\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u55f0\u5572<strong>\u55ba\u5176\u4ed6\u9014\u5f91\u5514\u5408\u8cc7\u683c<\/strong>\uff0c\u4f46\u53c8\u7b26\u5408\u5c45\u4f4f\u540c\u50f1\u4e3b\u689d\u4ef6\u5605\u5de5\u4eba\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5462\u7a2e\u653f\u7b56\u5206\u6d41\u4fc2\u6709\u610f\u70ba\u4e4b\u3002\u4f62\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e6b\u52a9\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u79fb\u6c11\u3001\u96e3\u6c11\u53ca\u516c\u6c11\u90e8 (IRCC) \u540c\u7dec\u7701\u9632\u6b62\u96d9\u91cd\u610f\u5716\u5605\u7533\u8acb\uff0c\u4e26\u5c07\u8cc7\u6e90\u96c6\u4e2d\u55ba\u55f0\u5572\u552f\u4e00\u7559\u4f4e\u9014\u5f91\u4fc2\u50f1\u4e3b\u63d0\u540d\u5605\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u8eab\u4e0a\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u8655\u65bc\u5169\u8005\u4e4b\u9593\uff0c\u6642\u9593\u638c\u63e1\u5c31\u8b8a\u5f97\u975e\u5e38\u95dc\u9375\u3002\u932f\u8aa4\u5224\u65b7 45 \u65e5\u5605\u7a97\u53e3\u671f\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u8a66\u5716\u540c\u6642\u7533\u8acb\u5169\u500b\u9805\u76ee\uff0c\u90fd\u53ef\u80fd\u5c0e\u81f4\u7533\u8acb\u88ab\u62d2\u540c\u57cb\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4e0a\u5605\u4e0d\u78ba\u5b9a\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>\u5019\u9078\u4eba\u5514\u53ef\u4ee5\u81ea\u5df1\u7533\u8acb\uff1a\u5fc5\u9808\u7531\u50f1\u4e3b\u63d0\u4ea4<\/h3>\n<p>\u5373\u4f7f\u6e96\u5099\u5f97\u6700\u5145\u8db3\u5605\u5019\u9078\u4eba\uff0c\u55ba\u5617\u8a66\u81ea\u5df1\u7533\u8acb\u6642\u90fd\u6703\u78b0\u58c1\u3002\u4e00\u500b\u710a\u5de5\u5c07\u4f62\u5605\u5c65\u6b77\u3001\u8a9e\u8a00\u6210\u7e3e\u8b49\u660e\u3001\u5de5\u4f5c\u4fe1\u540c\u5de5\u4f5c\u6b77\u53f2\u96fb\u90f5\u4ffe\u50f1\u4e3b\u670d\u52d9\u8655\uff0c\u554f\u4f62\u53ef\u5514\u53ef\u4ee5\u88ab\u63d0\u540d\u3002\u4f46
