根據分配配額,池中 EOI 分數最高的候選人將被邀請提交提名申請。
提名決定
申請獲批,申請人將獲得提名證書,以更新其快速入境檔案並獲得額外分數。
省審查需 38 週
聯邦邀請
擁有較高 CRS 分數或與之前創建的檔案相同 CRS 分數的申請人將收到申請邀請。
每兩週選擇一次檔案
獲得永久居民身份
申請獲批,申請人在登陸或確認 IRCC 門戶後獲得永久居民身份。IRCC 於 6 個月內審查
在工作許可證到期前向IRCC提交申請的候選人可以申請工作許可延期以繼續合法工作。
