\u9488\u5bf9 2025 \u5e74\u7684\u5b66\u4e60\u8bb8\u53ef (Study Permit) \u914d\u989d\u53d1\u5e03\u4e86\u65b0\u4e3e\u63aa\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u53d8\u52a8\u662f\u5728 <strong>2024 \u5e74\u5b66\u7b7e\u9650\u989d\u653f\u7b56<\/strong>\u57fa\u7840\u4e0a\u7684\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u6df1\u5316\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u901a\u8fc7\u4f18\u5316\u7ba1\u7406\u4f53\u7cfb\uff0c\u4f7f\u7559\u5b66\u751f\u63a5\u6536\u89c4\u6a21\u4e0e<strong>\u4f4f\u623f\u3001\u533b\u7597\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u57fa\u7840\u516c\u5171\u670d\u52a1<\/strong>\u7684\u627f\u8f7d\u80fd\u529b\u4fdd\u6301\u5e73\u8861\u3002<\/p>\n<h4>2025 \u5e74\u5b66\u4e60\u8bb8\u53ef\u914d\u989d\uff1a\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u524a\u51cf 10%<\/h4>\n<p><strong>2025 \u5e74\uff0cIRCC \u8ba1\u5212\u7b7e\u53d1\u5171\u8ba1 437,000 \u4efd\u5b66\u4e60\u8bb8\u53ef<\/strong>\uff0c\u8fd9\u6807\u5fd7\u7740\u5728 <strong>2024 \u5e74\u914d\u989d\u57fa\u7840\u4e0a\u518d\u6b21\u51cf\u5c11 10%<\/strong>\u3002\u8fd9\u4e00\u51b3\u7b56\u65e8\u5728\u7ba1\u7406\u5bf9\u5b66\u751f\u76f8\u5173\u8d44\u6e90\u7684\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u7ee7\u7eed\u6b22\u8fce\u56fd\u9645\u4eba\u624d\u30022024 \u5e74\u7684\u9650\u989d\u653f\u7b56\u5df2\u4f7f\u5165\u5883\u56fd\u9645\u5b66\u751f\u4eba\u6570\u51cf\u5c11\u4e86\u7ea6 <strong>40%<\/strong>\uff0c\u6709\u6548\u7f13\u89e3\u4e86\u5b66\u751f\u9ad8\u5bc6\u5ea6\u5730\u533a\u7684\u79df\u623f\u5e02\u573a\u538b\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<h4>\u65b0\u8981\u6c42\uff1a\u7701\u7ea7\u8ba4\u8bc1\u4fe1 (PAL) \u4e0e\u5730\u533a\u7ea7\u8ba4\u8bc1\u4fe1 (TAL)<\/h4>\n<p>\u5728 <strong>2024 \u5e74\uff0c\u5927\u591a\u6570\u5b66\u4e60\u8bb8\u53ef\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba<\/strong>\u5df2\u88ab\u8981\u6c42\u5fc5\u987b\u63d0\u4ea4<strong>\u7701\u7ea7\u8ba4\u8bc1\u4fe1 (Provincial Attestation Letter, PAL) \u6216\u5730\u533a\u7ea7\u8ba4\u8bc1\u4fe1 (Territorial Attestation Letter, TAL)<\/strong>\u3002\u8fdb\u5165 2025 \u5e74\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e00\u8981\u6c42\u7684\u9002\u7528\u8303\u56f4\u5df2<strong>\u6269\u5927<\/strong>\uff0c\u73b0\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u7855\u58eb\u53ca\u535a\u58eb\u7814\u7a76\u751f<\/li>\n<li>\u5927\u591a\u6570\u5728\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u5883\u5185\u9012\u4ea4\u7533\u8bf7\u7684\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u4e3a\u4e86\u5e73\u8861\u8fd9\u4e00\u9650\u5236\u6027\u653f\u7b56\uff0cIRCC \u5df2\u4e13\u95e8\u4e3a\u7814\u7a76\u751f\u8bfe\u7a0b\u7684\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u5206\u914d\u4e86<strong>\u9884\u7559\u540d\u989d<\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u9488\u5bf9<strong>\u4ea4\u6362\u751f<\/strong>\u5f15\u5165\u4e86\u4e00\u9879<strong>\u65b0\u8c41\u514d<\/strong>\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u4ee5\u786e\u4fdd\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u5b66\u751f\u80fd\u591f\u7ee7\u7eed\u4ece\u56fd\u9645\u5b66\u4e60\u7684\u4e92\u60e0\u534f\u8bae\u4e2d\u83b7\u76ca\u3002<\/p>\n<h4><strong>\u8c41\u514d<\/strong> PAL\/TAL \u8981\u6c42\u7684\u7fa4\u4f53<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\u5e7c\u513f\u56ed\u81f3 12 \u5e74\u7ea7 (K-12) \u7684\u4e2d\u5c0f\u5b66\u751f<\/li>\n<li>\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u653f\u5e9c\u4f18\u5148\u7fa4\u4f53\u53ca\u5f31\u52bf\u7fa4\u4f53<\/li>\n<li>\u73b0\u6709\u7684\u5b66\u4e60\u8bb8\u53ef\u6301\u6709\u4eba\uff0c\u4e14\u5728\u540c\u4e00\u6307\u5b9a\u5b66\u4e60\u673a\u6784 (DLI) \u7533\u8bf7\u540c\u7b49\u5b66\u4e60\u9636\u6bb5\u7684\u7eed\u7b7e<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>2025 \u5e74\u5b66\u4e60\u8bb8\u53ef\u5404\u7c7b\u522b\u914d\u989d\u5206\u914d<\/h4>\n<p>2025 \u5e74\u7684 437,000 \u4efd\u5b66\u4e60\u8bb8\u53ef\u914d\u989d\u5177\u4f53\u5206\u914d\u5982\u4e0b\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u7814\u7a76\u751f\u5b66\u4f4d\u8bfe\u7a0b\u5b66\u751f\uff1a73,282 \u4efd<\/li>\n<li>\u5e7c\u513f\u56ed\u81f3 12 \u5e74\u7ea7\u5b66\u751f (\u8c41\u514d PAL\/TAL)\uff1a72,200 \u4efd<\/li>\n<li>\u6240\u6709\u5176\u4ed6\u8c41\u514d PAL\/TAL \u7684\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\uff1a48,524 \u4efd<\/li>\n<li>\u9700\u63d0\u4ea4 PAL\/TAL \u7684\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\uff1a242,994 \u4efd<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u5728\u603b\u91cf\u4e2d\uff0c<strong>120,724 \u4efd\u5b66\u4e60\u8bb8\u53ef<\/strong>\u5c06\u7b7e\u53d1\u7ed9<strong>\u8c41\u514d PAL\/TAL \u7684\u5b66\u751f<\/strong>\uff0c\u800c <strong>316,267 \u4efd\u5c06\u5206\u914d\u7ed9\u9700\u63d0\u4ea4 PAL\/TAL \u7684\u5b66\u751f<\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n<h4>\u5404\u7701\u53ca\u5730\u533a\u5b66\u4e60\u8bb8\u53ef\u914d\u989d\u5206\u914d<\/h4>\n<p>\u9700\u63d0\u4ea4 PAL\/TAL <strong>2023 \u5e74\u548c 2024 \u5e74\u7684\u7b7e\u8bc1\u83b7\u7b7e\u7387<\/strong>\u8ba1\u7b97\u5f97\u51fa\u7684\uff0c\u4ee5\u786e\u4fdd\u7559\u5b66\u751f\u5728\u5168\u56fd\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u7684\u5e73\u8861\u5206\u5e03\u3002<\/p>\n<h4>\u6307\u5b9a\u5b66\u4e60\u673a\u6784 (DLIs) \u7684\u5408\u89c4\u76d1\u7ba1\u63aa\u65bd<\/h4>\n<p>\u81ea <strong>2024 \u5e74 11 \u6708<\/strong>\u8d77\uff0c<strong>\u65b0\u89c4<\/strong>\u8981\u6c42\u6240\u6709<strong>\u6307\u5b9a\u5b66\u4e60\u673a\u6784 (DLIs) \u5fc5\u987b\u53c2\u4e0e\u5b66\u751f\u5408\u89c4\u6027\u62a5\u544a<\/strong>\u4ee5\u53ca<strong>\u5f55\u53d6\u901a\u77e5\u4e66 (LOA) \u7684\u9a8c\u8bc1\u5de5\u4f5c<\/strong>\u3002\u672a\u80fd\u9075\u5b88\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u9662\u6821\u5c06\u9762\u4e34<strong>\u6700\u9ad8\u4e00\u5e74<\/strong>\u7684\u8d44\u683c\u6682\u505c\u5904\u7f5a\uff0c\u671f\u95f4\u5c06\u88ab\u7981\u6b62\u62db\u6536\u65b0\u7684\u56fd\u9645\u5b66\u751f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u901a\u8fc7\u8fd9\u4e9b<strong>\u65b0\u7684\u5b66\u4e60\u8bb8\u53ef\u9650\u989d\u548c\u66f4\u4e25\u5389\u7684\u5408\u89c4\u76d1\u7ba1\u5236\u5ea6<\/strong>\uff0c\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u65e8\u5728\u7ef4\u6301\u4e00\u4e2a<strong>\u5747\u8861\u4e14\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u7684\u56fd\u9645\u5b66\u751f\u9879\u76ee<\/strong>\u3002\u5c3d\u7ba1\u673a\u9047\u4f9d\u7136\u5b58\u5728\uff0c\u4f46\u56fd\u9645\u5b66\u751f\u5fc5\u987b\u5ba1\u614e\u5e94\u5bf9\u65b0\u89c4\uff0c\u5305\u62ec <strong>PAL\/TAL
