Profile submission
Submit an Express Entry profile to IRCC when eligible with Manitoba as the destination. The profile is scored and ranked.Profile valid for 12 months

Provincial invitation
Depending on allocation quota, candidates with the highest EOI scores in the pool will be invited to submit the nomination application.
Submit the application within 60 days
Decision of Nomination
Application approved, the applicant receives a Nomination Certificate to update their Express Entry profile and receive additional points.Province reviews in 2-3 months
Federal invitation
Applicant having a higher CRS score or same CRS score with the profile created earlier will receive invitation to apply.
Profiles are selected every 2 weeks
Get PR Status
Application approved, the applicant gets Permanent Resident status after landing or confirming on IRCC Portal.IRCC reviews in 6 months
o has submitted their application to IRCC before the expiry of work permit may apply for a work permit extension to continue working legally.

Immigration Ineligibility
- Have an active application for refugee, appeal or under a removal order
- Are currently living in Canada and in live-in caregivers program
- Are working and living outside Manitoba
- Are spouse of Canadian or Permanent Resident
- Have been refused by the MPNP within the last 6 months and unable to address the reason(s) for refusal
- Are in another immigration application with federal or other provinces, except Express Entry
Basic requirements
- Have a valid Express Entry profile
- Either receive a direct invitation from the province, have support from relative/friend living in MB, or prior work experience or education in MB
- Have a settlement plan for employment and establishment in MB after being nominated

- Have graduated from a 1-year post-secondary program (college, university or trade school )
- If outside Canada, have foreign education credential(s) assessed by Educational Credential Assessment
Language
Minimum CLB 7 (TEER category 0 or 1) or CLB 5 (TEER category 2 or 3) if the job offer is under NOC C, assessed by 1 of 4 language proficiency tests within the last 2 years:
- International English Language Testing System (IELTS) General Training
